At Major Fitness, we stand by the quality of our equipment and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
